Ideal candidates will bring 3-10 years of experience and a strong desire to work with institutional lenders on creditors’ rights litigation matters, including evictions, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. What You’ll Need:

• Active Washington law license in good standing
• 3-10 years of litigation experience (bankruptcy a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a touch of humor and humility
• Comfortable with court appearances and shifting priorities
