Description Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support early-stage automation and business process evaluation initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing high-level business challenges, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and recommending appropriate tools and solutions to optimize workflows across multiple applications. Key Responsibilities: + Partner with project managers and process owners to understand business needs and objectives. + Conduct interviews and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders. + Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement or automation. + Assess and recommend suitable tools or platforms for specific use cases (e.g., integration tools, workflow automation solutions). + Document findings and present actionable recommendations to technical and business teams. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement. + Strong ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Familiarity with automation tools and integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, Slack/Google native integrations, or similar). + Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions. Preferred Skills: + Experience working on projects involving multiple applications or enterprise systems. + Knowledge of workflow automation best practices.
