Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from prospective students

• Conduct interviews to uncover students’ motivations, goals, and potential barriers to education

• Tailor discussions to connect students with the best-fitting degree programs

• Guide students through the entire admissions process from application to testing

• Collaborate with financial aid and academic advisors to ensure seamless onboarding

• Build strong relationships to encourage referrals and word-of-mouth outreach

Call Center Representative Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals

• Ability to build rapport quickly and listen actively over the phone

• Strong written communication and persuasive messaging skills

• Comfort working in a high-volume, call center environment

• A team player with the ability to stay self-motivated and independently focused
