Case Manager - Morristown, NJ

Role:

You will be  responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of securities litigation cases. You will work closely with partners, attorneys, clients, and other relevant parties to ensure that cases are progressing smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating case strategy and management with attorneys and clients
• Managing case files and documents, including organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
• Drafting and filing court documents, such as complaints, motions, and responses
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support attorneys in case preparations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• MUST HAVE law firm experience
• 2+ years of  prior experience in litigation support or paralegal work
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Working Situation:

• Hybrid

Compensation/Benefits:

• Base Salary: $80-100k+, commensurate with experience.
• Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
