Data Entry Operator

Department: Environmental Services

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Data Manager

CityGreen Services is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a key member of the Environmental Services department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records
  
• Ensuring data quality and integrity
  
• Performing data verification and validation
  
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting
  
• Supporting the Data Manager with various data-related tasks
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Proven experience in data entry or related field
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  

Skills:

• Fast and accurate typing skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Knowledge of environmental services industry is a plus
