Location: Seattle, WA (onsite/hybrid).  Level: High-Mid, 5+ years of experience.  Compensation: $110,000–$120,000.

About the role

Join a strategy-led design consultancy working in life sciences and global health . We’re seeking a high-skill mid-level Designer who excels in visual design craft , interaction design , and design strategy —building brand/visual identity systems , responsive web/UI , and print/digital collateral that scale.

What you’ll do

  • Create and evolve brand & design systems across channels.
  • Design responsive web/UI (flows, components, high-fi comps) and partner with dev for clean handoff.
  • Produce high-craft visual communication for web, presentations, and print.
  • Build reusable patterns/components and uphold quality through production QA.
  • Collaborate with strategists, writers, scientists, and clients with bold ideas .

What you bring

  • Bachelors in Design from a top theory-based school
  • 5+ years in visual design with work across brand/identity, web/interactive, and systems .
  • Portfolio demonstrating craft excellence and large-scale systemization .
  • Proficiency in Figma (libraries/components) and Adobe CC ; prototyping tool experience.
  • Interaction and accessibility fundamentals; clear client communication.
  • Desire to grow in a business setting where Design consultancy and interdisciplinary work is something you aim to excel in.

Nice to have

  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or global health ; exposure to motion for UI/brand; familiarity with design tokens/documentation.
