We’re a growing, dynamic team looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to help support our in-person marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts .
This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in marketing , event planning , customer service , or sales . No experience is required— we provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day execution of live events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
Act as a communication bridge between clients and customers to ensure a seamless experience
Assist in achieving fundraising, awareness, or promotional goals for our client campaigns
Attend team meetings and hands-on training to stay informed and aligned
Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and event outcomes
Respond to customer questions with professionalism and effective solutions
Gather and report customer feedback and campaign performance metrics
Provide updates to campaign leadership and the Managing Director
Continuously develop organization, communication, and service skills
Qualifications
Genuine interest in events , marketing , sales , or customer engagement
No prior experience required— comprehensive training is provided
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Friendly, team-oriented, and excited to learn
Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional attitude
