Position Summary:

As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and materials
• Help prepare event materials such as agendas, name tags, and promotional items
• Manage registration and attendee lists, providing exceptional customer service
• Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment is in working order
• Conduct research to identify potential venues and vendor options

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools
• A passion for events and a willingness to learn
