Job Description
The Event Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and managing both corporate and private events from concept to completion. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring each event runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, logistics, and execution.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define objectives and ensure expectations are met.
Oversee setup, on-site management, and post-event evaluation.
Ensure each event reflects the company’s standard of quality, professionalism, and innovation.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and event summaries.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools is a plus.
