We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the setup, coordination, and smooth execution of events ranging from corporate gatherings to private celebrations. You will work closely with our event managers and partners to ensure each event meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in event setup, organization, and breakdown of materials and equipment.

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.

  • Provide on-site support, addressing client and guest needs promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain the company’s standards of presentation and service excellence throughout each event.

  • Ensure safety and compliance with event regulations and company policies.
