OfficeThe Executive Assistant position will support the Vice President, Sales, Americas, CMD, the Vice President, Global Marketing, CMD & the Vice President, Finance and Controller . The successful candidate will provide a variety of standard administrative support functions and will be involved in and help coordinate team meetings, special projects and executive initiatives. They will be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships. The ability to maintain confidentiality and to operate in the role with the highest of ethical standards and professionalism are required.

This position will be an on-site role based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $35.00–$47.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
