We are currently seeking a Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Designer you will work closely with our senior designers and project managers to assist in the design and implementation of energy solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of design concepts for energy solutions including solar panels wind turbines and energy storage systems
- Collaborate with senior designers to produce detailed drawings and specifications
- Conduct research on new materials and technologies to improve the efficiency and sustainability of our energy solutions
- Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling and budgeting
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients to gather information and provide design recommendations
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in energy technology to continuously improve our design processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering architecture or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a design role preferably in the energy industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency
