The role involves performing both repetitive and non-repetitive production operations for manufacturing electro-mechanical products. It includes maintaining and operating manufacturing machinery by following established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and other approved documentation. The individual is responsible for carrying out all assigned tasks and handling additional responsibilities as needed.

**Essential Functions:**
+ Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production operations for manufacturing electro-mechanical products.
+ Maintain and operate manufacturing machinery following established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and approved documentation.
+ Carry out all assigned tasks and additional responsibilities as needed.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions.
+ Capable of lifting/moving materials up to 20 pounds, working with hazardous materials, and working overtime as required.
**Desired Skills / Experience:**
+ Proficient in using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions, with 3 to 5 years of industry or related job experience.
+ Experienced in working in a team-oriented environment.
