What will you do?

• Work safely and methodically across electrical distribution, instrumentation, and controls.
• Troubleshoot and support PLCs (AB ControlLogix or comparable), including testing and documentation.
• Drive electrical reliability programs that enhance uptime and system performance.
• Direct contractor activities; ensure work meets codes, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Assist in the development of capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs.
• Review equipment specifications and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Evaluate tools and skillsets needed for efficient equipment maintenance.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Pay, shifts, and benefits

• $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (includes shift differential; DOE)
• Multiple shifts:
  • 2nd shift – 6:00am to 6:00pm (12 hour shifts)
  • 3rd shift – 6:00pm to 6:00am (12 hour shifts)
• Direct Hire Position; benefits available
• Based in Georgetown, KY

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 1–3 years of heavy industrial experience, including exposure to heavy fork truck traffic, steel parts over 2000F, and automated systems (conveyors, robots).
• Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams.
• Self-motivated, always expanding your knowledge to elevate department effectiveness and company competitiveness.
• Flexible schedule, with or without notice, to support business demands.
