About the Job:

The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a talented Pre-Suit Case Manager to join our dynamic team.

• Manage cases from demand through transfer to litigation.
• Request medical records.
• Prepare demand package and medical bill outline.
• Draft supplemental demands.
• Draft and file Civil remedy Notices.
• Draft and audit settlement statements.
• Hire expert witnesses.
• Draft complaints.
• Prepare cases for litigation by the following checklist.

Qualifications:

• Prefer a candidate who has been working as a pre-suit personal injury case manager with at least 1 year of experience.
• Must understand and have experience with handling PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims.
• Must understand and prepare a case for demand.
• Experienced Case Manager candidate for Post-Demand and distributions.
• Great customer service, verbal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask in a team environment.
• Bilingual is a plus, Spanish.

Salary & Benefits :

• Includes base salary range of $50,000 - $60,000.(DOE).
• Plus potential bonuses of $250 -$750 per month, depending on monthly production.
• 1-week vacation after six months of employment.
• 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment.
• 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
• 6 federal holidays off per year.
• 6 personal/sick days per year.
• $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
• Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account - HAS) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
• Dental and Vision insurance are paid in full by the firm.
