How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Director, Human Resources at Epsilon, you will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior executives within our Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. In this high-impact role, you will influence and guide the people agenda, manage structure and change efforts, and nurture culture.

You’ll serve as a key driver of enterprise workforce strategy, using data, leadership skills, and cross-functional partnerships to influence talent decisions, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose, implement innovative HR practices, and directly contribute to Epsilon’s continued growth and market leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a senior HR advisor to sales executives, guiding leadership development, team effectiveness, organizational design, and talent strategy.
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Use data, analytics, and HR insights to influence decisions, design org structures, optimize headcount planning, and improve sales productivity and retention.
  • Leadership Development: Identify leadership capability gaps and create strategies for upskilling, succession, and readiness through strong partnership with Talent and Learning COEs.
  • Enterprise Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with HR COEs (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards) to implement people strategies that meet business goals.
  • Change Leadership: Lead enterprise-level change initiatives, including restructures, workforce transformation, and cultural integration, ensuring alignment with broader business and HR strategy.
  • People Analytics: Deliver actionable talent insights and critical metrics to executive leadership through HRIS tools (SAP preferred), identifying trends and recommending interventions that improve business performance.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture through employee engagement initiatives, targeted interventions, and thoughtful executive coaching.
  • Operational Excellence: Be responsible for risk mitigation in employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Who You Are

  • What you'll bring with you:
    • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including time as a strategic HR Business Partner in a large, matrixed organization.
    • Demonstrable experience supporting or leading HR strategy within a Sales or GTM organization; understanding of sales incentive design and salesforce dynamics is a plus.
    • Strong executive presence and ability to advise, influence, and challenge senior leaders with confidence and credibility.
    • Demonstrated experience leading organizational design, change management, and talent planning initiatives across complex business units.
    • High data fluency; ability to extract insights, present recommendations, and influence action from people analytics.
    • Outstanding communication and partner management skills; trusted to navigate sensitive and complex business challenges.
    • Experience working across Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise-wide talent solutions.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology preferred.
    • SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification highly preferred.

Base Salary: $130,400 - $195,600

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
