Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Contract Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales/Business Development positions. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales/BD positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Source and screen candidates effectively.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Oversee the offer and onboarding process for new hires.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Experience in the business services industry
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with various recruiting methods and a strong knowledge of the job market.
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
