Exabeam is looking for an energetic Salesforce Admin to join our growing global team! Reporting to the VP of Global IT, the ideal candidate will have exceptional Salesforce experience and has the ability to independently drive projects to completion.   

For this role, an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally throughout our organization are imperative.   

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Supports, customizes, and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and Enterprise wide applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce 
  • Performs advanced configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions, automations, and access control 
  • Enters and ensures validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases 
  • Builds and produces reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff 
  • Sets up user access and trains users on application 
  • Recommends changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards 
  • Follows Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and ensures changes are production ready with limited quality issues 

 

Requirements:  

  • 5-7 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
    • Sales Cloud/CPQ
    • Service Cloud or Support Processes 
    • Experience Cloud 
    • Strong knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards 
  • Experience with Data Loader or other data management tools 
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related degree required 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and prior experience with modeling and analysis. 
  • Experience in high growth company environments 
  • Ability to work cross functionally 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Confident self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment where the overall process is evolving 
  • Team player mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Salary:    
The annual starting salary for this position is between $130,000-$140,000 annually, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
