We are seeking dependable and professional Security Officers for upcoming opportunities at various fixed locations across towns within a 30-minute radius of Schenectady, NY. These positions will offer set schedules once assigned, providing consistency and stability for the right candidates. Pay rates will range from $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on the site location. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are attentive, personable, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct regular walking patrols of the premises to ensure safety and detect any suspicious behavior. + Monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment. + Complete accurate and timely daily activity logs and incident reports. + Interact professionally with residents, visitors, and/or site staff. + Contact emergency services when required and follow established safety protocols. **Qualifications:** + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Technological proficiency, particularly with CCTV and basic reporting tools. + Dependable, punctual, and professional. + Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations. + Previous security experience preferred, but not required.
