Job Description
Job Summary (Senior AWS Engineer)
- Design, develop, and maintain contact center solutions using AWS (Amazon Connect, Lambda, EventBridge, Notification Services, CloudWatch, Cloud Logging, CloudFormation).
- Build and optimize call flows, routing logic, and IVR systems, including strategies for IVR-to-bot migration.
- Implement prompt engineering for conversational AI and integrate NLP/ML frameworks into telephony workflows.
- Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, and Node.js.
- Ensure seamless API integration with RESTful services and middleware.
- Configure and manage VoIP, SIP, SIP Clusters, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Utilize GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure security/compliance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using AWS monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Cloud Logging).
- Apply strong teamwork and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT-related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect and core AWS services.
- Proficient in JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js.
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, SIP Clusters, SBCs.
- Strong background in building call flows and contact center routing.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, NLP, and ML frameworks.
- Skilled in API integrations (RESTful, middleware).
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Java.
- Familiarity with IVR systems and IVR-to-bot migration.
- Test automation experience.
- Knowledge of GCP, Azure, Splunk.
- Experience with Salesforce or Pega.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB Atlas.
