Job Summary: Responsible for leading, communicating and directing distribution associates through daily activities while placing high emphasis on safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping to meet the daily goals and objectives.
Qualifications: Two years of experience in fast paced distribution center, high school diploma, prior team lead experience a plus, WMS knowledge, basic computer skills, ability to handle confidential /sensitive situations professionally, flexible to work different shift with little or no notice. While hourly pay rate is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay $21.00. Internal referrals are subject to a referral bonus as well as qualifying employee will be awarded a $500.00 sign on bonus.Benefit Overview:
