Job Description

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Albion, MI office. (NO TRAVEL).

Note: Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. Quarterly bonuses add approximately $12,000 to $20,000 annually.

Note: You must have at least 3 years of sales experience and a minimum of 1 year in solar sales. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not schedule a call, as it will be canceled.

Job Description

Manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ commercial accounts primarily across the Midwest
Develop new relationships and convert inbound leads into long-term clients
Present solar designs and proposals with clear ROI and technical explanation
Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline updates and forecasting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Work full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week) with no required overtime
On-site role with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
Eligible for quarterly performance-based bonuses of $12,000–$20,000 annually

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
Minimum 1 year of solar sales experience
Valid driver’s license
Solar sales experience or understanding of racking/PV design preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Self-motivated and team-oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
