Salary: $35,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:

• I am seeking a dedicated software/IT help desk representative with solid technical knowledge of Windows product lines and networking.
• A strong interest in learning about automotive financing is essential, combined with effective communication skills and the patience necessary to assist customers over the phone.
• The candidate must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows product lines and possess networking capabilities related to client servers.
• A customer-oriented mindset is crucial, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both programmers and management.
• Successful former employees have often been tech enthusiasts or gamers eager to share their knowledge.

• I expect you to respond promptly to the needs of our call-in customers.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PC hardware and Windows products remotely, using tools such as Log Me In.
• Managing Windows users and permissions will be part of your role.
• Assisting users with the installation, training, and support of finance software tailored for automotive dealers is a priority.
• Collaborating with the team to address customer needs is essential.
• You will also provide guidance to customers to enhance their productivity concerning computer and network hardware.
• Training customers over the phone on best practices related to software usage will be part of your duties.
