As we expand our virtual services across the state of Ohio, we're seeking a passionate and skilled Virtual Part-Time Therapist to provide exceptional care to our clients.
What You'll Do:
Provide Culturally Competent Therapy: Deliver trauma-informed individual therapy, diagnostic assessments, and/or partial hospitalization program (PHP) services via telehealth.
Empower Adolescents and Young Adults: Work with individuals experiencing moderate to severe behavioral and mental health challenges.
Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment goals and deliver services in alignment with those goals.
Offer Individual and Family Therapy: Provide therapeutic support to both individuals and their families, fostering healthy communication and relationships.
Utilize Telehealth Effectively: Conduct all therapeutic sessions and assessments through a secure virtual platform.
Maintain Accurate Records: Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
Participate in a Vibrant Community: Engage with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to growth and collaboration.
Location:
Remote within the state of Ohio.
Schedule:
Part-Time, 15-20 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive compensation based on a 5/50 billable split, ensuring your hard work is recognized.
Stipends provided for leading group therapy sessions and conducting virtual diagnostic assessments.

1.5 weeks of Paid Time Off.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field (required).
Active and unrestricted licensure as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW in the state of Ohio (required).
Experience providing mental health counseling and a strong understanding of best practices in the field.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
Experience with telehealth is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent and trauma-informed care.
