Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Vacation Planner  to join our team. In this role, you will help clients research, plan, and book their travel experiencesfrom quick weekend getaways to dream vacations. This fully remote position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home while assisting travelers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Create and present customized travel itineraries tailored to client requests.
• Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals.
• Provide professional support and guidance before, during, and after travel.
• Stay current on travel industry trends, destinations, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and research abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with travel booking tools or platforms is an advantage.
