**Overview** Lead video editing and motion graphics projects, manage stakeholders, and conceptualize visually compelling stories for various platforms. We're looking for a skilled Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team. As part of our creative department, you'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create high-quality video content that drives engagement and inspires our audience. **Responsibilities** ● Craft high-quality video content through expert editing and motion graphics design ● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop compelling visual stories ● Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliverables ● Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment ● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and motion graphics ● Develop storyboards to visualize narrative arcs and story outlines ● Understand script writing principles and collaborate with writers to create cohesive narratives **Qualifications** ● 8-10+ years of experience in video editing (Premiere, Final Cut) and motion graphics design (After Effects) ● Proactively facilitates and delivers work autonomously ● Proficiency in AI image and video generation tools ● Experience with prompting for Gen AI and AI video prompting ● Strong knowledge of video file management (formats, codecs, naming conventions, archiving processes, converting) ● Excellent collaboration and organizational skills ● Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams ● Understanding of narrative arcs, story outlines, and script writing principles ● Storyboarding skills to visualize and plan video content ● Proficiency in editing, motion, and design tools like Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Figma, Frame.io, Photoshop, Google Vids, and Google Suite Nice-to-Haves: ● Experience in film production, camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and sound editing ● Project management and process documentation skills ● Photography and videography experience ● Drone operation skills ● Familiarity with AI tools such as Sora, Hailuo, Sora/ChatGPT, Google VEO3, and Hugging Face F5 - TTS Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
